SERVICE MANAGER (SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES)


Full-Time Position of 37.5 hrs pw

Salary range £30,000 per annum to £32,457 per annum DOE

We are looking for a passionate leader to join our Supported Living team in North Devon.


We are looking for a Service Manager to provide management and leadership for a small group of Supported Living Services in Westward Ho!.


You will be committed to making a difference helping people achieve their goals and aspirations, we are looking for people with a ‘Can Do’ attitude, to lead by example by creating positive environments where both your team and clients can flourish and achieve the best outcomes they can by working together in collaboratively.


The ideal candidate will have strong skills in the following areas:

  • Empathy, understanding & patience with clients and staff alike.

  • Organisational skills and being able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

  • Leading a team and the ability to gain the trust and confidence of your team.

  • Delivering the highest quality of person-centred care and support.

  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
