Who Are We?

Established as a charity in Bideford in 1978, we provide a high level of person-centred support for individuals with learning and physical disabilities in North Devon. The Northam Care Trust is comprised of Supported Living and Enabling Services, Residential Lodges and Community Outreach Day Opportunities. We also offer a bespoke Older Peoples Project, reconnecting isolated individuals within the community.

Supported Living

We offer Supported Living services in North Devon with homes currently in Bideford, Westward Ho!, Barnstaple, and South Molton. Supporting adults from 18 years upwards with: Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and more.

Residential Lodges

Our Residential Lodges in North Devon are a service which provides 24/7 specialist care for adults over the age of 18 with complex needs who may have multiple learning and physical disabilities.

Community Projects

Rose Hill day centre in Bideford, North Devon provides a unique and inclusive service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Difficulties. Offering a range of meaningful activities and community projects to bring out the best of those we support.

Older Projects

Our Older People's Projects was founded with the purpose of addressing and combating loneliness of isolated older people. This is a growning project in Bideford where we are progressively helping reconnect the elderly community in a fun and heartwarming way.
