Health & Wellbeing
At The Northam Care we know that your health and wellbeing is of upmost importance. That's why we have a number of wellbeing initiatives in place to ensure you are being cared for too. These include a wellbeing programme manager specialising in mental health, physical health and nutrition. A number of mental health firstaiders throughout the organisation. Ability Not Disability
The Northam Care Trust have been involved with the Ability Not Disability project. The project aims to support individuals with learning & physical disabilities into places of employment that suit their needs. Luke Souster, our Receptionist and Administrative Officer was employed through this project, and we are extremely proud of Luke who has become a great addition to our team. His presence is always uplifting, and he is a perfect showcase for our organisation and for the Ability Not Disability project. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Level 2 Employer!
