Fundraising
Fundraising is essential for us at The Northam Care Trust. Our supporters ensure we can provide minibuses, holidays and vital improvements to our buildings and facilities. We have an active Fundraising Committee who organise fetes, auctions, street collections and other fundraising events around North Devon.
We would love more people to help raise funds, so please contact us if you would like to volunteer, run a sponsored event for us or just make a donation. If you have any fundraising ideas or you would like to hold your own event to raise funds or awareness for The Northam Care Trust, please contact us.

Ceilidh Dance Night
Date: Saturday the 13th September 2025
Time: Arrival from 19:30, finishes around 22:30
Location: Abbotsham Hall, Abbotsham, EX39 5AP
Join us on Saturday, the 13th of December, where the lively six piece Oggle Band will lead an entertaining and vibrant evening of Ceilidh Dancing at Abbotsham Hall!
Virtual Marathon
Date: You have the freedom to choose!
Time: Anytime!
Location: Anywhere!
You can run, walk, jog or cycle any distance (it doesn’t have to be a marathon) over any duration of time. You can either make a donation individually or by gaining sponsorship, and can use Just Giving to send funds directly to us.
Host Your Own Event
Host your own event to raise money for the Northam Care Trust. This could be a coffee morning, a Murder Mystery Party, a sporting event, or maybe another wild fundraising idea you may have! Do you fancy running an ultra marathon or trekking the UK coast?.. What ever you choose to do, we'd highly appreciate your support. Get in touch with us to let us know your plans and we can support your event.

Join our exclusive 100 Club and be in with a chance of winning the top prize whilst also helping us make a difference. The odds are in your favour!
£5 per entry per month with a maximum of 100 entries in the draw. Top prize of £100. Double Prize Fund at Christmas! We hold a draw every month around the 21st of the month.
